Payment Details
Conference Fee
It is mandatory to pay the conference fee after abstract acceptance and to present it in the ICMESR 2026 oral/poster session to publish in the conference proceedings or journal. Conference registration fee includes 1) Paper/poster presentation through virtual/online mode, 2) Online entry to sessions, 3) Conference presentation certificate, 4) Publication in conference proceedings (Abstract/Full Paper) or 5) Journal publication for selected papers Certificates will be issued only for registered papers. Certificates will include all authors' names. If a separate certificate is required for an individual author, an extra fee of ₹350 / $10 per certificate will be applicable.

10 % discount: 5 to 8 papers are from an institute or a private university.
15 % discount: 9 to 12 papers are from an institute or a private university.
